Borsa provides software tools and interfaces for viewing market data, connecting compatible wallets, and interacting with supported trading venues and related services. You are responsible for your own decisions, transactions, and compliance obligations.

You may use Borsa only if you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and if your use of the platform is permitted under the laws and regulations that apply to you. You are responsible for determining whether access is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, including rapid price movements, illiquidity, smart contract failures, counterparty failures, liquidation, and permanent loss of funds. Past performance is not predictive of future results.

Borsa does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Any information displayed through the platform is provided for general informational purposes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, devices, trading agent approvals, API credentials, and any linked accounts. Transactions submitted through third-party protocols, exchanges, bridges, wallet providers, or payment services are governed by those third parties and may be irreversible.

You may not use Borsa to violate law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape the platform in a way that degrades service, or engage in fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or any abusive activity.

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, execution quality, data accuracy, or compatibility with every asset, wallet, network, or third-party service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Borsa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or digital assets arising from or related to use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Borsa after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
