Connect Your Wallet

Connect the correct wallet securely before any funding or trading approvals.

Connecting your wallet is the first step in Get Started with Borsa. It starts the Borsa session, but it does not fund the account or enable trading by itself.

Walkthrough

  1. Open Borsa.
  2. Click Connect Wallet.
  3. Choose how you want to connect (see Ways to Connect below).
  4. Review the connection request in the wallet, or complete the email / social sign-in.
  5. Approve the request.
  6. Confirm that the correct wallet address is shown in Borsa before you continue to funding or trading approvals.

Ways to Connect

The Connect to trading dialog offers a few entry points. Pick the one that matches how you hold your funds:

  • Connect wallet — connect an EVM-compatible browser or mobile wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, WalletConnect, and others). This is the standard path; your wallet is never routed through a third party.
  • Email or social — sign in with email, SMS, Google, or X. Borsa provisions a self-custodial embedded wallet so you can trade without a browser extension. No wallet of your own is required.
  • Connect API wallet *(advanced)* — import an existing Hyperliquid API / agent wallet by pasting its private key plus the master account address it is already approved for. Useful for bots and automation. The key is stored only in your browser and never leaves it, and the agent must already be approved on Hyperliquid for that account.

Before You Approve

Check the wallet prompt before confirming:

  • Make sure you are connecting to the expected Borsa session.
  • Make sure the popup is a wallet connection request, not a transfer or token approval.
  • Make sure the selected wallet account is the one you intend to trade from.
  • If you use multiple accounts in the same wallet, switch to the correct one before approving.

Security Checklist

  • Never share your Seed Phrase.
  • Never share your Recovery Phrase.
  • Never share your Private Key.
  • Read every signature request before approval.
  • Stop if the wallet prompt is asking for something other than the connection you expect.

After the wallet is connected, go back to Get Started with Borsa to fund the account, enable trading, and apply the fee discount.
