Deposit Sent, but Balance Is Not Visible | The transfer is not finalised yet, the destination details were wrong, or an older CCTP deposit stopped on HyperEVM. | Check the Deposits list on the Deposit tab. CCTP deposits arrive in a few minutes. If a card shows You have X USDC on HyperEVM, click Move to Borsa; if a row shows Claim needed, claim it first. If the deposit is missing, use Find it by transaction hash. During onboarding, click Check Deposit Status. | |
Strategy Started, but Not Trading | The "when" conditions of its rules are not true yet. | Open the strategy and check its rules. It trades only the market you started it on. To see what each step is doing, open it in Studio. | |
Strategy Paused or Stopped Unexpectedly | Manual pause, a recoverable error, a closed tab, or the strategy is already running in another tab. Hiding the tab does not pause strategies. | Check the strategy row for status and errors. A browser run stops when you close the Borsa tab; run it in Borsa Cloud if it must keep running. A strategy runs in one browser tab at a time: stop it in the other tab to run it here. | |
PnL Card Action Is Not Visible | There is no active row in Positions for that market. | Open Positions and confirm the position is live. | |
Order or Strategy Filling More Slowly Than Expected | Liquidity, order type, chunk size, or interval does not match the market. | Review the order type, chunking, interval, and current market conditions. | |
Liquidation Price Moved | Mark price, leverage, or margin state changed. | Recalculate risk from mark price, not last trade alone. | |
TP/SL Triggered, but Filled Worse Than Expected | Trigger and final fill are not the same event in a fast market. | Remember that TP/SL uses Mark Price for the trigger, while fill quality depends on order type and liquidity. | |
Trading Enabled, but Setup Still Asks for Builder Code | Neither the HYBRIDGE referral code nor the builder fee approval was confirmed. | Click Continue Setup and pick Apply HYBRIDGE or approve the builder fee. | |
Order Shows "Confirming..." or "Hyperliquid did not confirm in time" | Hyperliquid answered slowly, so the order, cancel or TWAP may still have gone through. Borsa checks with Hyperliquid for up to 30 seconds instead of failing. | Wait for the result. If the warning stays, check your open orders and TWAPs before retrying. An identical order is refused while the first one is being confirmed. | |
USDC Withdrawal Asks for HYPE | Hyperliquid pays the HyperEVM gas for a Circle withdrawal from HYPE on your HyperCore spot balance. | Buy or move a little HYPE to spot, then withdraw again. To check a withdrawal, use Find a transfer in the Withdrawals list. |
